Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of advistekinc.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Advistek Interiors ("Advistek," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Advistek Interiors provides interior design services that incorporate AI-assisted design tooling combined with human design expertise. Specific service scope, deliverables, and pricing are provided directly to clients during consultation and outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with other users' access to it.
3. Consultations and Engagements
Booking a consultation through the Site does not constitute a binding service agreement. Formal engagement of services, project scope, timelines, and fees will be documented separately between Advistek and the client prior to commencement of work.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design concepts developed by Advistek, is the property of Advistek Interiors unless otherwise stated. Client-specific design deliverables are governed by the terms of the individual client agreement.
5. Payment
Payment terms for services will be specified in individual client agreements. Any payments processed through the Site or associated systems are subject to the applicable payment processor's terms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in individual client service agreements at the time of engagement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and any general information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Advistek does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advistek Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or engagement of services, beyond the amount paid for the applicable service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
